We Are a Real Living Wage Accredited Employer
At Southport Workwear, we believe a hard day’s work deserves fair pay that lets people live properly — covering the bills, putting food on the table, and enjoying life without constant worry.
That’s why we’re proud to be an accredited Real Living Wage employer, recognised by the Living Wage Foundation. We pay all our team members (and any subcontractors) at least the Real Living Wage — currently £13.45 per hour across the UK (as of the 2025-2026 rates announced in October 2025). This is higher than the government’s National Living Wage and is independently calculated based on the actual cost of living.

We choose to go further. The Real Living Wage gets reviewed every year (usually in autumn), and we make sure we stay accredited — no worries about falling short.
