Express Delivery

Next working day delivery

Popular colours and sizes held in stock can normally be delivered on the next working day when ordered before 3pm, Monday to Friday.

Orders placed after 3pm, at weekends or on bank holidays are handled on the next working day. Express delivery applies to plain garments held in our stock.

Special Order

Usually 3–5 working days

This applies to plain garments that are not currently held in our stock. We order them from our supplier, check them when they arrive and then send them on to you or prepare them for collection.

Customised

Usually 5–7 working days from artwork approval

We send you a mock-up to approve before embroidery or printing begins. Larger or more complex orders may take longer, and we will let you know if this applies before production starts.

Ordering a mix of products?

We normally send your order together once everything is ready, so the longest lead time in your basket will apply to the whole order. For example, if your order contains an in-stock plain garment and a customised garment, both will be sent when the customised garment is ready.

Adding your logo

How the workwear customisation process works

We ask you to approve the design before embroidery or printing begins. This gives you the opportunity to check the logo, positioning and other important details before we start production.

Place your order

Order online, in person or over the phone, and supply the logo or text you want on your garments.

Receive your artwork

We prepare and email a mock-up of the finished design for you to check.

Approve the design

Request any changes, approve the final design and make payment if you have not already done so.

We produce your order

We order any garments not held in stock and complete the approved printing or embroidery.

Your order is completed

Collect your order, arrange local delivery, or receive it through one of our courier partners.

Please approve your artwork promptly if you are working to a deadline. The 5–7-working-day timescale starts only after approval.
