The 3M Peltor WS Alert X Bluetooth Headset is an attenuating hearing protector for people working in noisy environments who need to stay connected. It pairs with your mobile phone for hands-free calls and streaming, and its noise-cancelling boom microphone helps the person on the other end hear you clearly.
A level-dependent function lets you hear ambient sound, which helps you stay aware of your surroundings. Settings can be adjusted with voice-guided feedback while you keep the headset on, or through a mobile app on your phone.

Set-up with the mobile app
The headset connects to the 3M Connected Equipment app, available for iOS and Android from the App Store and Google Play. Use it to set up and adjust the headset more easily, and to receive reminders when the cushions are due for replacement, with a choice of how often these alerts appear.
