This HyFlex 11-280 protective arm sleeve guards the forearm against mechanical risks such as cuts and abrasion. It is built around Ansell’s INTERCEPT Cut Resistance Technology and is designed to be worn with HyFlex cut-resistant gloves for more complete hand and arm protection.
The seamless knit and HPPE yarn keep the sleeve cool and breathable through a working shift. It is also food safe, so it suits food handling and preparation.

Understanding 3X42D
Under EN 388:2016 the code reads abrasion 3, coupe cut test X (not tested), tear 4 and puncture 2, with D as the ISO 13997 cut resistance level. The ISO cut rating is the more reliable guide for cut-resistant yarns such as HPPE.
