The Ansell HyFlex 11-818 is a thin, close-feeling work glove for general handling and assembly tasks. It gives you near bare-hand feel and fingertip sensitivity for precision work, together with a hard-wearing coating that keeps the gloves in service for longer.
The coating is also more breathable, helping your hands stay cooler and drier through the shift. Silicone-free materials make the gloves suitable for handling metal parts that are due to be painted.
Key features
- Ultra-thin FORTIX nitrile foam coating gives close tactility for handling small parts
- Coating lasts up to three times longer than comparable coatings, so each pair stays in use for longer
- Coating is 20% more breathable than Ansell’s earlier formulation, helping keep hands cooler and drier
- Seamless 18-gauge liner feels close to bare hands and improves fingertip sensitivity for precision tasks
- Nylon-spandex liner flexes with your hand and lets air through for comfort over long periods
- Silicone-free materials help keep metal parts free of silicone contamination ahead of painting
Materials and performance
Seamless 18-gauge nylon-spandex liner with an ultra-thin FORTIX nitrile foam coating.
Pre-paint and assembly work
Silicone left on metal surfaces can spoil a paint finish. Silicone-free materials let you handle and assemble metal parts before painting, while the thin coating and fine liner keep the feel you need for small components.
