The contents cover everyday cuts and grazes, larger wounds, eye injuries, sprains and slings, with cleansing wipes, gloves and a pocket face mask for safer first aid.

HSA contents update, March 2025
The HSA updated its kit contents requirements in March 2025 to add the following items: 1 x burns dressing small (10 x 10cm), 1 x foil blanket, 2 x vomit bag, 1 x hazardous waste bag and 1 x pen torch. These are available as a separate top-up kit.
