The Blåkläder 2036 Flame Resistant Collar/Bandana protects your throat and neck from wind and draughts when you work where heat, flame or electric arc are a risk. The flame-resistant properties are built into the fabric, so the protection is permanent.

It is a versatile piece of headwear. Wear it around the neck as a collar or scarf, or pull it up and use it as a hat, headband, sweat band or balaclava as conditions change through the day.

Materials and performance

Rib-knitted, flame-resistant and anti-static fabric made from 59% modacrylic, 39% cotton and 2% other fibres, 250g/m².

Standards and protection

Certified to EN ISO 14116 index 3 and EN 1149-5, and to OEKO-TEX Standard 100. The fabric is tested and approved to APC 1, with an ELIM value of 7.3 cal/cm².
