This flame resistant hood attaches to the Blåkläder 4053, 4066 and 4446 shell jackets, adding head protection from wind and rain when conditions turn. It is made from the same type of laminated, waterproof and breathable fabric you would expect from a protective shell.
The hood is completely metal-free and fixes on with plastic press studs. Reflective tape in selected places helps you stay seen, and an adjustable velcro buckle lets you set the hood to suit you.

Materials and performance
39% modacrylic, 27% cotton, 18% polyamide, 10% polyurethane, 5% aramid and 1% antistatic fibre. Laminated ripstop fabric, 290 g/m². Flame resistant, antistatic, windproof, waterproof to 12000mm and breathable (Ret 8,15).
Standards and protection
The fabric is certified to OEKO-TEX Standard 100.
Matching the hood to your jacket
The hood is designed for the Blåkläder 4053, 4066 and 4446 shell jackets. Each hood size is matched to a range of jacket sizes, so choose the hood size that corresponds to the size of your jacket.
