These passive ear defenders attach directly to MSA V-Gard slotted industrial helmets. They give industrial workers hearing protection that stays with the helmet. With low attenuation at SNR 28 dB, they suit noisy work where you still need to stay aware of your surroundings.
Foam-injected ear pads and custom MSA sealing rings spread pressure evenly for all-day wear. When you need a break, the cups swing into a parking position on the helmet. They are also certified for use in ATEX areas.

Certified to EN352-3:2002 (hearing protectors, ear-muffs attached to an industrial safety helmet). Certified by INERIS to EN ISO 80079-36 : 2016 and CEI/TS 60079-32-1 : 2017 for safe use in ATEX areas (ELECTROSTATIC-INERIS Certificate n° 29406).
ATEX zones
For dust, the ear defenders cover zones 20, 21 and 22 (all zones). For gas, they cover zones 1 and 2 with gas group IIA (Propane).
