Key features

• Metal-free construction with a plastic zip fly and plastic snaps, suited to areas where metal parts are unwanted
• Sewn-on, reinforced three-compartment holster pockets on the front keep tools and fixings to hand
• Bellowed leg pockets with button lids, the left with a removable ID pocket designed for flame-resistant clothing
• Back pockets with bellows and press-stud flaps, plus a ruler pocket and inset front pockets
• Pre-bent knees with external knee pockets that open from below, making knee pads easy to fit and adjust
• Raised rear waist with elastic in the sides helps keep your back covered when you bend and kneel
• Ankle width adjusts with press studs, and a hem extension lets you lengthen the legs on all sizes apart from D sizes
• Heat-applied reflective details on the back of the legs and on the leg pockets for added visibility, plus belt loops, one with a D ring

Materials and performance

44% modacrylic, 30% cotton, 20% FR polyamide, 5% aramid and 1% antistatic fibre. Flame-resistant, antistatic ripstop fabric, 260 g/m².

Standards and protection

Certified to EN ISO 11612 A1, A2, B1, C1, F1, EN 1149-5 and EN 61482-2 APC 1, with an ATPV of 11 cal/cm² and an ELIM of 10 cal/cm². They also meet EN 14404-3 when worn with Blåkläder knee protection 4037 and 4057, and are OEKO-TEX Standard 100 certified, with the certification details shown on external labels.

Fit and sizing

All Blåkläder trousers fit on the small side. Please order at least one waist size bigger than usual. See our Blåkläder Sizing Guide for detailed information.

Knee protection

The external knee pockets open from below, so you can insert knee pads from underneath and adjust them easily. For certified knee protection, pair the trousers with Blåkläder knee protection 4037 or 4057.
