Materials and performance

44% modacrylic, 30% cotton, 20% FR polyamide, 5% aramid and 1% antistatic. Flame resistant, antistatic ripstop fabric, 260 g/m².

Standards and protection

Certified to EN 1149-5 (electrostatic properties), EN ISO 11612 A1, B1, C1, F1 (heat and flame) and EN 61482-2, APC 1 (electric arc), with an ATPV of 9,6 cal/cm² and an ELIM of 9,2 cal/cm². The fabric is also OEKO-TEX Standard 100 certified.

Fit and sizing

Inherent flame resistance

The flame resistance in these trousers comes from the fibres themselves, so it is built into the fabric. The blend of modacrylic, FR polyamide and aramid works together with cotton for a hard-wearing fabric, while the antistatic fibre helps dissipate static charge.
