Additional information

These multinorm trousers are made for work where several hazards meet at once: heat and flame, welding spatter, electric arc, static build-up, light chemical splashes and the need to be seen. The flame resistance is built into the fibres of the fabric, so it stays part of the garment throughout its life.

The ripstop fabric gives high tear strength for its weight. A dirt and water-repellent finish helps the trousers stay cleaner in use. Plenty of pockets, reinforced where wear is heaviest, keep tools and small items close to hand.

Materials and performance

44% modacrylic, 30% cotton, 20% FR polyamide, 5% aramid and 1% antistatic fibre. Ripstop, flame-resistant and antistatic fabric weighing 260 g/m².

Certified to EN ISO 11612 A1, A2, B1, C1, E2, F1; EN ISO 11611 Class 1 A1+A2; EN 61482-2 APC 1 (ATPV 11 cal/cm², ELIM 10 cal/cm², HAF 79,3%, LOI 29,6%); EN 1149-5; EN 13034 PB [6]; EN ISO 20471 Class 1, and Class 3 when worn with Blåkläder 4089. EN 14404-3 when used with knee protection 4027, 4037 or 4057, and OEKO-TEX Standard 100.

Fit and sizing

Metal-free design

The trousers are metal-free. The fly closes with a plastic zip, and the leg bottoms adjust in width with plastic snap buttons. This suits work around heat, sparks and electrical hazards, and lets you set the hem width over your boots.
