These thick wool long johns are a flame resistant base layer for wearing under a protective shell. The merino wool terry knit holds in heat well, so they keep you warm on cold shifts while forming part of your flame resistant clothing system.
An elasticated waistband and cuffed trouser bottoms keep them in place beneath your outer layers. External certification labels let you and your site check the protection quickly.
