Materials and performance

Sweatshirt fabric of 37% FR polyester, 37% modacrylic, 25% cotton and 1% antistatic fibre, 330 g/m². Flame resistant and antistatic, with a brushed inside.

Standards and protection

Certified to EN ISO 20471 Class 2 in sizes XS–XL and Class 3 from size XXL, ISO 11612 A1, B1, C2, EN 1149-5 and EN 61482-2, APC 1, with an ATPV of 11 cal/cm² and ELIM of 10 cal/cm². The fabric is OEKO-TEX Standard 100 certified.

Arc rating explained

ATPV and ELIM describe how much arc energy the fabric can take. ATPV of 11 cal/cm² is the level at which the fabric is rated to protect against second-degree burns. ELIM of 10 cal/cm² is the level below which no break-open of the fabric is expected. Compare these figures with your site’s arc risk assessment.
