The Blåkläder 4917 Women’s Winter Jacket Multinorm Inherent is a women’s cut winter jacket for work in exposed flame environments. It combines multi-norm flame, arc and chemical protection with a warm quilted lining. Its laminated, taped-seam outer keeps out wind and rain.

The fabric is inherently flame resistant, so the protection is built into the fibres. The jacket is metal-free and PFAS free. A water and dirt-repellent surface and dark panels in the areas most exposed to grime help it stay presentable through dirty, wet shifts.

Extended back and adjustable drawstring hem help seal out draughts, with loops on both sides of the chest for a microphone or other accessories

Materials and performance

39% modacrylic, 27% cotton, 18% polyamide, 10% polyurethane, 5% aramid and 1% antistatic fibre, 290 g/m². Ripstop, flame-resistant, antistatic, laminated fabric that is waterproof to 12000 mm, windproof and breathable (Ret 8,15).

Standards and protection

Certified to EN ISO 20471 Class 2, EN 1149-5, EN ISO 11611 Class 1 A1+A2, EN ISO 11612 A1, A2, B1, C1, E3, F1, EN 13034 PB [6], EN 343 Class 4,1 and EN 61482-2 APC 2, with ATPV 39 cal/cm² and ELIM 33 cal/cm². It also meets EN 342 when worn with Blåkläder 1817 (CLO rating 2.19, Icler 0.326 m² K/W), and the fabric is OEKO-TEX Standard 100 certified. External certification labels make the protection easy to check on site.
