This women’s microfleece jacket is a warm layer for work in cold conditions where being seen matters. High-vis panels and reflectors on the shoulders and sleeves add visibility in daylight and when light catches them.

It works as a jacket in its own right or as a second layer. An extended back helps keep your lower back covered when you bend. Elastic in the sleeves and hem holds out cold air. Zipped front pockets and two inner pockets keep your essentials close.
