The Centurion CNS09PLUSWR Concept Vulcan is a safety helmet for high-temperature work. It performs across a range from -20°C to +150°C and shields against molten metal exposure, so it suits hot, demanding environments.
The nylon and glass fibre build gives a strong helmet for its weight. A wheel ratchet lets you adjust it to your head, and a Vabon sweatband adds comfort during long shifts.

Certified to BS EN 397:2012+A1:2012, LD, MM, -20°C, 150°C, 1000v. Also meets NSI Z89.1:2014 Class G (tested to 2,200 V a.c).
Compatible accessories
You can extend the helmet with Concept Vulcan high-heat accessories, all built to withstand extreme temperatures. These include 2 and 4 point chinstraps, Copper/Clear Triacetate and Gold Polycarbonate face screens, face screen carriers, and a replacement Vabon sweatband to keep the helmet fresher for longer.
