This Miller H500 harness from Honeywell is built for work at height where there is a risk of arc flash. The series is designed to self-extinguish quickly and resist melting and dripping if an arc flash occurs.
The D rings and buckles are dielectric, so the metal-free hardware suits work near electrical hazards. It is lightweight at 2.6 kg in size 2. A thick waist belt and removable shoulder padding add support during long periods in the harness.
