The Portwest A500 is a 14 inch split leather gauntlet for welding, metal handling and other heat-related tasks. Durable cow split leather gives the hand a tough outer layer against heat, sparks and rough metal edges.
A full cotton lining sits next to the skin, making the glove softer to wear through long shifts. The long cuff carries protection beyond the wrist and up the forearm, where spatter and hot material often land.
