The Portwest Iona Cooling Vest is designed to help prevent heat stress when you work in hot and humid weather. Once soaked in water, it keeps you cool for up to 8 hours and helps hold your body at a steady temperature.

It is lightweight and opens at the front with a zip, so it is quick to put on over your clothing. The clothes underneath stay dry while you wear it, and you can reactivate it as many times as you need through a long shift.

How to activate the vest

Soak the vest in water until it is saturated, then squeeze out any excess and put it on. When it has dried out, soak it again for up to another 8 hours of cooling.
