These DX4 hi-vis trousers are built for active work where you need to be seen and need your tools close at hand. Stretch fabrics are placed where you bend, kneel and climb, so the trousers move with you through the working day.

Holster pockets zip off when you need a lighter load. A high-rise back waistband keeps you covered when you crouch or reach. A stain-resistant finish helps the trousers shrug off grime and water on site.

Materials and performance

Shell: Titanmill Pro Stretch, 93% polyester, 7% elastane, 245g. Contrast: Titanmill Plus Ripstop, 65% polyester, 35% cotton, ripstop with weft stretch. Additional contrast: CorePro, 88% nylon, 12% elastane, 245g. The fabric is rated UPF 40+, blocking 98% of UV rays.

Standards and protection

Certified to EN ISO 20471 Class 1 after 25 washes, with heat-applied segmented reflective tape, and UKCA marked. Knee protection meets EN 14404: 2004 + A1: 2010 Type 2 Level 0 when used in combination with the specified Portwest knee pads.

Knee protection

The knee pad pockets load from the top, so you can fit or remove pads without taking the trousers off. Two pocket tiers let you set the pads higher or lower so they sit correctly over your knee when kneeling. Pair them with the specified Portwest knee pads to achieve the EN 14404 rating.
