Materials and performance

Shell: Portwest Extreme Waterproof, 100% polyester stretch, 150D, with PU membrane, 160g. Body lining: 100% polyester stretch 75D pongee, 80g. Sleeve and hood lining: 100% polyester downproof, 63g. Filling: Insulatex™ Pro, 100% polyester, 500g.

Standards and protection

Certified to EN ISO 20471 Class 2 in size S and Class 3 from size M upwards (after 25x washes), and to RIS-3279-TOM Issue 2 in orange. It also meets EN 343 Class 4:1 X (WP 20,000MM) for protection against rain and EN 342 (0.398 (M².K/W), 2, X) for protection against cold, certified up to -50°C.

Sealing out the weather

An internal snow skirt closes around the hips to keep rain, snow and wind away from your inner layers. Inner storm cuffs with adjustable touch tape seal the wrists, while a double storm flap with rain channel and a chin guard protect the front opening and your face.
