The Portwest EV442 EV4 Hi-Vis Stretch Holster Trousers are built for active work where you need to be seen and you spend time kneeling, bending and climbing. Four-way stretch fabric and a stretch crotch gusset move with you. Laser-cut ventilation holes are placed to release heat as you work.

Storage is a strong point, with 17 pockets including zip-off holster pockets you can remove when you don’t need them. A high-rise back waistband keeps your lower back covered as you bend, and triple-stitched seams add durability for daily use.

Materials and performance

Shell: Titanmill Ultra Stretch, 92% polyamide and 8% elastane, 230g. Lining: CorePro Armour, 72% polyamide, 16% polyester and 12% PU, 260g. Contrast: Titanmill Pro Ripstop Stretch, 92% polyester and 8% elastane ripstop, laminated to 100% polyester micro fleece (3L). The fabric is rated UPF 40+, blocking 98% of UV rays.

Standards and protection

Certified to EN ISO 20471 Class 1, maintained after 25 washes, with heat-applied segmented reflective tape. The knee pad system meets EN 14404: 2004 + A1: 2010 Type 2 Level 0 when used in combination with Portwest S156 kneepads. UKCA marked.

Knee protection system

The knee pad pockets are pre-bent and load from the top, so you can fit or remove kneepads without taking the trousers off. Two tiers let you set the pads higher or lower to suit your height and working position. Pair them with S156 kneepads for certified protection.
