• Protection against radiant, convective and contact heat
• Waterproof and breathable, with taped seams that stop water getting through the stitching
• Low-cut crotch seam allows a fuller range of movement when bending, kneeling or climbing
• Non-detachable shoulder braces with adjustable straps and an ergonomic quick release buckle for fast fitting and removal
• Half elasticated waist with side elastic holds the trousers securely in place
• Bellow front fly with concealed hook and loop fastening for quick, easy closure
• Anti-wicking strip at the hem helps stop water being drawn up the leg
• Sewn-on flame resistant industrial wash tape for identification during laundering

Shell: 60% DuPont™ Nomex® Fibre, 40% Lenzing FR Viscose, 260g. Moisture barrier: FR knitted fabric with PU membrane, 85g. Thermal layer: FR non-woven. Inner thermal layer: FR Aramid Viscose, 260g.

Standards and protection

Certified to EN 469 (Level 2) and classed as CE Category III protective clothing.

Layered construction

Each layer has its own job. The Nomex® and FR viscose shell forms the flame resistant outer face. Beneath it, the PU membrane moisture barrier keeps water out while letting moisture vapour escape. The non-woven thermal layer and the aramid viscose inner layer add insulation against heat.

Care

• Machine wash at 60°C
• Do not bleach
• Tumble dry at normal temperature
• Line dry in the shade
• Iron at a medium temperature (max 150°C)
• Can be professionally dry cleaned
