The Portwest FD37 is a nubuck safety ankle boot for work where static control, heat and slippery or uneven ground are part of the day. It suits ESD environments, where electrostatic discharge needs to be controlled to protect sensitive equipment.
The ankle height protects and supports the ankle, and a padded collar adds comfort around the top of the boot. Underfoot, the dual density sole unit pairs an energy absorbing heel with a heat, fuel and oil resistant outsole.
Key features
- Composite toe cap and pierce resistant composite midsole protect the toes and the underside of the foot
- Heat resistant outsole withstands contact with surfaces up to 300ºC
- Engineered tread pattern improves traction on uneven terrain
- Slip resistant outsole helps prevent slips on ceramic and steel surfaces
- Protective TPU scuff cap guards the toe area against heavy knocks and wear
- Bellows tongue and water resistant upper help keep water out
- Energy absorbing seat region cushions the heel with each step
- Angled top line allows the leg to flex freely
