Key features

• Inherent flame resistance is built into the fibres, so it stays effective through washing
• Protection against radiant, convective and contact heat
• Fully lined and padded with FR filling and an FR cotton lining to trap heat
• Taped seams add protection against rain
• Heat applied segmented reflective tape improves visibility and lets the trousers flex
• Seven pockets, including easy access cargo pockets, side pockets and a rule pocket
• Detachable braces with a zip-off function at the back, plus a side elastic waist and concealed fly zip
• Zipped side leg openings, hook and loop hems and an extendable leg length (31″ to 33″)

Materials and performance

Shell: Modaflame Rain+ HV, 60% polyester, 21% modacrylic, 18% cotton, 1% carbon fibre, 7mm ripstop, PU coated, 270g. Lining: 100% cotton flame resistant lining, 170g. Filling: 100% polyester flame resistant filling, 150g.

Standards and protection

Certified to EN ISO 11612 (A1+A2, B1, C1, F1), EN ISO 11611 Class 1 (A1+A2), EN 1149-5, EN 61482-2 EN 61482-1-1 (ELIM 32 CAL/CM², ATPV 37 CAL/CM²), EN 61482-2 EN 61482-1-2 APC 2, EN 13034 Type 6, EN ISO 20471 Class 2, EN 343 Class 4:1 X and EN 342 (0.337 (M².K/W), 2, X), with RIS-3279-TOM Issue 2 in orange. They are CE-CAT III, suitable for wear in an ATEX environment, and metal detector friendly: non-magnetic, nickel and ferrous free.

Knee pad pockets

The bottom loading knee pad pockets are two-tier, so you can set the pads at the height that suits you. Loading from the bottom makes it quick to fit or remove the pads.
