The Portwest FR704 WX3 Modaflame Softshell FR Jacket is a multi-norm outer layer for work where several hazards meet. Its 3-layer softshell combines flame, heat, electric arc, chemical splash and anti-static protection in one garment, so you can cover multiple risks with a single jacket.
The fabric is also windproof, water-resistant and breathable. That makes it practical for outdoor work in changeable weather, with plenty of pocket space for tools and essentials.

Materials and performance
Modaflame softshell, 350g: 100% polyester, laminated to a TPU FR membrane and bonded with 60% modacrylic, 39% cotton and 1% carbon fibre.
Standards and protection
Certified to EN ISO 11612 (A1 B1 C2), EN ISO 11611 Class 2 (A1), EN 1149-5, EN 61482-2 EN 61482-1-2 APC 2, EN 61482-2 EN 61482-1-1 (ELIM 11 CAL/CM², ATPV 16 CAL/CM²), EN 13034 Type 6 and EN 17353 Type B2. It is a CE Category III garment.

ATEX areas and metal detectors
The jacket is suitable for wear in ATEX environments. Its components are non-magnetic and nickel and ferrous free, making it metal detector friendly for sites with screening checkpoints.
