The Portwest H442 Hi-Vis Rain Coat 100cm is a long waterproof coat for outdoor work in wet weather where you need to stay clearly seen. The 100cm length extends down the back, giving you extra protection from rain and cold.

A PVC-coated shell with taped seams keeps water out, while a vented back yoke with eyelets lets air circulate during active work. A pack-away hood, storm flap and two large front pockets add day-to-day practicality.

Materials and performance

Shell: 190T 100% polyester plain weave, PVC coated, 200g. The PVC coating is REACH compliant. Yoke lining: 100% polyester mesh, 60g.

Standards and protection

Certified to EN ISO 20471 Class 2 in size XS and Class 3 from size S upwards, tested after 25 washes, and to EN 343 Class 3:1 X (WP 5,000mm). The orange version also meets RIS-3279-TOM Issue 2, and the coat is UKCA marked.

The fabric carries a UPF 40+ rating and blocks 98% of UV rays, so the coat also helps protect your skin during showery spells outdoors.
