The Portwest MV72 Modaflame Softshell Hi-Vis Multi-Norm FR Jacket is built for work where several hazards meet at once. It combines high visibility with protection against flame, radiant and convective heat, electric arc, light chemical splash and static, and it is suitable for use in ATEX environments.
The 3 layer softshell is breathable, windproof and water resistant, so it works well outdoors in changeable weather. In colder conditions, the interactive zip lets you fasten it into a compatible outer jacket for extra insulation.

Modaflame Softshell HV: 100% Polyester, laminated to a TPU FR membrane, bonded with 60% Modacrylic, 39% Cotton, 1% Carbon Fibre. Fabric weight 350g.
Standards and protection
Certified to EN ISO 11612 (A1 B1 C2), EN ISO 11611 Class 2 (A1), EN 1149-5, EN 61482-2 EN 61482-1-2 APC 2, EN 61482-2 EN 61482-1-1 (ELIM 11 CAL/CM², ATPV 16 CAL/CM²), EN 13034 Type 6 and EN ISO 20471 Class 3, with RIS-3279-TOM Issue 2 in orange. The jacket is CE-CAT III and UKCA marked.

The fabric carries a 40+ UPF rating and blocks 98% of UV rays, which helps when you spend long shifts working outdoors.
