The Portwest PJ10 is a versatile pilot jacket for outdoor work through changing weather. Its shower-proof, cotton-rich shell sits over a wadded lining, with a removable fur liner and collar for colder days.
Zip-out sleeves and the removable liner let you set it up as a full jacket or a bodywarmer, with or without the extra warmth. Six pockets give you plenty of storage, including zipped chest pockets for valuables.

Materials and performance
Shell: 60% cotton, 40% polyester with a shower-proof finish, 240g. Lining: 100% polyester, 50g. Filling: 100% polyester wadding, 120g. Removable lining: 100% polyester fur lining, 440g.
Standards and protection
Certified to EN 342 (0.337 (M².K/W), 2, X), the European standard for protective clothing against cold, with a thermal insulation value of 0.337 M².K/W and air permeability class 2.

Four ways to wear it
Combine the zip-out sleeves and the removable fur liner to suit the conditions: a fully lined jacket for the coldest days, an unlined jacket for milder weather, or either option as a bodywarmer when you need free arm movement.
Care
- Machine wash at 40°C
- Do not bleach
- Do not tumble dry
- Iron at a medium temperature (max 150°C)
- Can be professionally dry cleaned
