The Portwest PS77 is an industrial protective helmet built around an unvented ABS shell. It suits work where you need protection from falling or swinging objects and sharp impacts, and where eye, face, hearing or neck protection may need to be added to the same helmet.

Slots for visors and earmuffs let you build up protection as the job requires. The glove-friendly ratchet dial and chin strap help you keep a secure, adjustable fit through the working day.

Standards and protection

Certified to EN 397:2025 Type 2 -30°C/+50°C, MM, OCP, covering impacts to the crown and off-crown impacts and penetration to the side, front and rear, with the -30°C/+50°C and MM (molten metal splash) markings. Also certified to EN 50365:2023 Type B 1000V AC / 1500V DC (clause 4.3) for electrical insulation.
