This hi-vis pilot jacket is built for outdoor work where you need to be seen and the weather keeps changing. A padded, water-resistant polycotton shell sheds rain from its surface, while segmented reflective tape adds visibility in low light.

The 3-in-1 design lets you adapt it through the day. The sleeves zip out and the inner bodywarmer can be removed, so one jacket covers cold mornings and milder afternoons. Six pockets, a radio loop and a detachable ID pocket keep your kit organised.

Shell: Kingsmill polycotton, 55% cotton and 45% polyester, 240g. Lining: 100% polyester, 60g. Filling: 100% polyester wadding, 120g. Removable inner bodywarmer: 100% polyester, 280g.

Standards and protection

Certified to EN ISO 20471 Class 3, tested after 25 washes, and UKCA marked. In orange, it also complies with RIS-3279-TOM Issue 2 for the rail industry.

Wearing it three ways

In cold weather, wear the full jacket with sleeves and the inner bodywarmer fitted. Remove the bodywarmer for a lighter padded jacket, or zip out the sleeves when you need more freedom at the arms. The inner bodywarmer can also be worn on its own.
