The Portwest PW371 PW3 Hi-Vis Baffle Jacket is a padded high visibility layer for outdoor work in cold, damp conditions. A lightweight polyester ripstop shell with a water resistant finish sheds rain, while the soft Insulatex lining and polyester wadding hold in body heat.

Segmented reflective tape keeps you visible and flexes as you move. Zipped pockets keep tools and personal items secure, and the elastic bound hem and cuffs help seal out draughts.

Materials and performance

Shell: 100% polyester ripstop, 85g. Lining: 100% polyamide, 190g. Filling: 100% polyester wadding, 170g. Contrast panels: 94% polyester, 6% elastane laminated to 100% polyester micro fleece.

Standards and protection

Certified to EN ISO 20471 Class 2 in size S and EN ISO 20471 Class 3 from size M upwards, tested after 25 washes. The orange version complies with RIS-3279-TOM Issue 2 for rail industry use, and the jacket is UKCA marked.
