This padded hi-vis tunnel jacket is built for outdoor work in cold, wet and windy conditions where you need to stay visible. Battery-powered carbon fibre panels add warmth on top of the padded, fully lined construction.

You control the heat with a button at the chest, choosing from three settings as conditions change. The heat sealed baffle fabric and sealed seams help keep out wind and rain, and segmented reflective tape adds visibility in low light.

Materials and performance

Shell: 100% polyester pongee ripstop with a TPU membrane bonded to 100% polyester tricot knit, 160g. Lining: 100% polyester taffeta, 55g. Filling: 100% polyester, 260g.

Standards and protection

Certified to EN ISO 20471 Class 2 in size S and EN ISO 20471 Class 3 in size M upwards, after 25 washes. The orange version complies with RIS-3279-TOM Issue 2 for the rail industry, and the jacket is UKCA marked.

Heating system

The carbon fibre panels run from the supplied battery pack, which you charge with the included micro USB cable. Press the button at the chest to cycle through the three heat settings and match the warmth to the weather and your work rate.
