The Portwest S651 Flexatex Chem Jacket is a waterproof jacket for work in wet conditions where contact with chemicals is possible. It combines weather protection with chemical resistance, including resistance to 10% sodium hydroxide.

The durable, stretchy fabric has strong tear and tensile strength and an antifungal treatment. Its wipe-clean surface makes it quick to clean down at the end of a shift.

Standards and protection

Certified to EN 343 Class 4:2 X, with water penetration resistance of 10,000mm and moisture vapour permeability of 8,000g/m2/24hr. Also certified to EN 13034 Type PB [6] for protection against liquid chemicals.
