This women’s shell jacket is built for high-risk work where several hazards can meet at once. It suits roles involving electrical work, welding, heat, liquid chemical splash or wet weather, and it keeps you highly visible on site.
The lightweight PU laminated shell keeps rain out, while a flame-resistant lining adds a further protective layer. Practical pockets inside and out keep tools, pens and ID close to hand.
Key features
- Inherent flame resistance: the protection is built into the fibres themselves
- Arc protection rated at ELIM 29 cal/cm² and APC 2 (7kA) for work near electrical hazards
- Antistatic fibre woven into the fabric helps reduce the build-up of static charge
- Two side pockets with protective flaps help keep contents secure and dry
- Zipped chest pocket with an internal ID-card holder keeps your pass safe and easy to reach
- Two inner stow pockets with elasticated openings and a double pen pocket for small essentials
- Adjustable sleeve ends let you tighten the cuffs over gloves or loosen them for ventilation

Understanding the arc ratings
ELIM is the incident energy level, in cal/cm², below which the fabric gives no predicted risk of burn injury. This jacket’s ELIM of 29 cal/cm² is a high figure. APC 2 is the higher of the two box-test classes and is tested at 7kA. Check both figures against your site’s arc risk assessment when choosing protective clothing.
Care
- Do not bleach
- Tumble dry at normal temperature
- Iron at a low temperature (max 110°C)
- Follow the garment label for washing instructions
