Materials and performance

Main fabric: 61% polyester, 39% Sorona polyester, 285.0 g/m². Reinforcement: 100% CORDURA® polyamide, 212.0 g/m². Contrast: 92% polyamide, 8% elastane, 250.0 g/m². Knee reinforcement: 67% polyester, 24% Kevlar® aramide, 9% polyurethane (PU), 450.0 g/m².

Standards and protection

Certified to EN 14404 – Knee protection under the Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) directive (89/686 EEC) when used with compatible knee pads; individual classification is found in each garment. The fabrics carry Confidence in textiles (OEKO-TEX®) SE 12 207.

EN 14404 applies with Snickers floorlayer kneepads (SquareFit™ system) fitted in the knee pockets: Snickers kneepads 9118 or 9119.

Knee protection

The knee pockets are designed to hold knee pads, and the certification applies to the trousers and pads as a combination. Check the classification label inside each garment, and use the below-knee adjustment to keep the pads correctly positioned as you move.

Care

• Machine wash at 40°C
• Do not bleach
• Tumble dry at normal temperature
• Iron at a low temperature (max 110°C)
• Do not dry clean
