The Blåkläder 2294 EPIC Safety Boot is a women’s waterproof safety boot for work in building and construction, transport, maintenance, repair and service. It is built for long days outdoors and in wet weather, with protection underfoot and at the toe.

The sole is shaped to give stability and support on ladders and uneven ground, so you can move with confidence when climbing or working on rough surfaces.

Materials and performance

Upper in full grain leather. Polyester lining with a waterproof membrane. Insole in textile with responsive ETPU. Sole with a PU midsole, nylon shank and nitrile rubber outsole. Nail penetration protection in textile (PS).

Standards and protection

Certified to EN ISO 20345:2022 S7S FO SR HRO SC LG, covering fuel resistance, slip resistance, a heat-resistant outsole (HRO 300), scuff cap abrasion resistance and ladder grip. The boot also has antistatic properties and is ESD approved (conforms to IEC 61340-5-1).

Cushioning and ankle support

The anatomically shaped insole is made from soft, shock-absorbing ETPU, topped with a moisture-absorbing textile next to the foot to help keep it dry. Inside the boot shaft, PU foam in two densities cushions and supports the ankle. The PU midsole absorbs shock with every step.
