The Portwest FR722 PW3 Modaflame Work HVO Multi-Norm FR Jacket is a two-tone hi-vis jacket for work where you face several hazards at once. It combines protection against heat and flame, welding spatter, static, electric arc and light chemical splash with high visibility, so one layer covers a wide range of risks.

The flame resistance is inherent to the fibres and stays effective through repeated washing. Stretch panels, back vents and four pockets make it practical to wear through a long, active shift.

Shell: Modaflame Work HVO, 61% Modacrylic, 18% Viscose, 15% Polyester, 5% Aramid, 1% Carbon Fibre, 300g. Contrast: Modaflame Work Stretch, 60% Modacrylic, 35% Cotton, 4% Elastane, 1% Carbon Fibre.

Certified to EN ISO 11612 (A1+A2, B1, C1, F1), EN ISO 11611 Class 1 (A1+A2), EN 1149-5, EN 61482-2 EN 61482-1-1 (ELIM 6.4 CAL/CM², EBT 6.8 CAL/CM²), EN 61482-2 EN 61482-1-2 APC 1, EN 13034 Type PB [6] and EN ISO 20471 Class 3. It also meets RIS-3279-TOM Issue 2 in orange.

ATEX and metal detector use

The jacket is suitable to be worn in an ATEX environment. It is also metal detector friendly: non-magnetic and nickel and ferrous free, which suits sites where you pass through metal detection.
