The Portwest FR731 is an insulated bomber jacket for cold weather work where flame, heat and electric arc hazards are present. It combines several protective standards in one outer layer, so you can stay warm and protected without adding extra garments.

The cotton-rich Bizflame Work+ shell has a chemical-resistant finish, and a quilted flame resistant lining keeps in body heat. A front storm flap and elasticated side waist help keep cold air out, while four pockets and a sleeve pocket give you plenty of storage.

Shell: Bizflame Work+, 99% cotton and 1% carbon fibre with a chemical finish, 210g. Lining: 100% cotton flame resistant lining, 170g. Filling: 100% polyester flame resistant filling, 150g.

Standards and protection

This CE Category III jacket is certified to EN ISO 11612 (A1+A2, B2, C2, D3, E3, F2), EN ISO 11611 Class 1 (A1 + A2), EN 1149-5, EN 61482-2 and EN 61482-1-1 (ELIM 22 cal/cm², ATPV 26 cal/cm²). It also meets EN 13034 Type 6 and EN 17353 Type B2.
