The Snickers 1164 ProtecWork Insulated Hood Jacket High-Vis Class 3 is built for hazardous work in cold weather and low light. It suits welders, railway workers and anyone exposed to heat, flame, electric arc or splashes of liquid chemicals.
Padding and a warm lining keep you insulated through cold shifts, and the hood adds cover for the head. Sewn-on reflectives help you stay visible after dark, and a generous pocket layout keeps tools, phone and ID close to hand.

Materials and performance
Main fabric: 31% polyester FR, 28% modacrylic, 20% Aramid Kermel®, 20% viscose FR and 1% antistatic fibre, 320 g/m². Lining: 40% modacrylic, 37% Lenzing viscose FR, 22% regenerated viscose and 1% antistatic fibre, 180 g/m². Padding: 100% polyester, 120 g/m².
Standards and protection
Certified to EN 20471 (high visibility), EN 1149-5 (electrostatic properties), EN ISO 11611 (welding and allied processes, Welding Class 2), EN 11612 (heat and flame), EN 342 (cold), EN 13034 (liquid chemicals) and IEC 61482-2:2018 (thermal hazards of an electric arc). It offers Class 3 visibility in compliance with Railway Group Standard RIS-3279-TOM and arc protection of ELIM 36 / ATPV 38 cal/cm², APC 2 (7kA).
