Materials and performance

Main fabric: 52% modacrylic Protal®, 34% cotton, 10% polyamide FR, 3% elastolefin, 1% antistatic fiber, 320 g/m². Reinforcement: 39% modacrylic, 28% polyamide CORDURA®, 17% cotton, 15% aramid, 1% antistatic fiber, 270 g/m².

Standards and protection

Certified to EN 20471 – High visibility clothing (Class 1), EN 1149-5 – Protective clothing electrostatic properties, EN 11612 – Protective clothing against heat and flame, EN 14404 – Knee protection and EN 61482-2:2020 – Protective clothing against the thermal hazards of an electric arc.

Understanding the arc rating

ELIM 12 cal/cm² is the incident energy limit from the open arc test. APC 1 (4kA) is box test class 1, carried out at an arc current of 4kA. Check both values against your site’s arc risk assessment before use.

Care

• Do not bleach
• Tumble dry at normal temperature
• Iron at a medium temperature (max 150°C)
• Follow the garment label for washing instructions
