The Snickers 6364 ProtecWork Trousers Reinforced High-Vis Class 2 are heavy duty protective trousers for high-risk work areas and hazardous environments. They suit welders, electrical workers and anyone exposed to heat, flame or electric arc who also needs to stay visible in dim or low-light conditions.

The ripstop modacrylic and aramid fabric has inherent flame protection, so it is part of the fibre itself. Aramid in the blend adds longevity. Matching leg pockets on both sides make tools easy to reach whichever hand you work with.

Materials and performance

Main fabric: 49% modacrylic Protex®, 42% cotton, 5% aramid, 3% polyamide and 1% antistatic fibre, 300 g/m². Reinforcement: 100% para-aramid HS polymer coating, 545 g/m².

Standards and protection

Certified to EN 20471 – High visibility clothing (Class 2), EN ISO 11611 – Protective clothing for use in welding and allied processes (welding class 1), EN 11612 – Protective clothing against heat and flame, and EN 14404 – Knee protection. Also certified to EN 61482-2:2020 – Protective clothing against the thermal hazards of an electric arc, with ATPV 12 cal/cm² and APC 1 (4kA).

Working on your knees

The KneeGuard™ system is designed to give optimal knee protection when you kneel. The polymer-coated Kevlar® reinforcement on the front legs also helps keep you dry when working on your knees.
