The Snickers 6560 ProtecWork Trousers are protective high-vis work trousers for welding, allied processes and other high-risk work where heat, flame and electric arc are hazards. Their visibility helps you be seen in low-light work areas, including rail environments.

Heavy duty Kevlar® reinforcement strengthens the trousers for demanding work. A full set of pockets keeps tools, a phone and sharp items organised and close to hand.

Materials and performance

Main fabric: 31% polyester FR, 28% modacrylic, 20% Aramid Kermel®, 20% viscose FR and 1% antistatic fibre, 320 g/m². Reinforcement: 100% Kevlar® para-aramid with HS polymer coating, 545 g/m².

Standards and protection

Certified to EN 20471 – High visibility clothing (Class 1), EN ISO 11611 – Protective clothing for use in welding and allied processes (welding class 2), EN 11612 – Protective clothing against heat and flame, EN 14404 – Knee protection and IEC 61482-2:2018 – Protective clothing against the thermal hazards of an electric arc. The high-vis fabric also meets Railway Group Standard RIS-3279-TOM.

For flame protection too, fit Snickers kneepads 9116 (FR), certified together with all ProtecWork trousers.
