The Portwest S426 Hi-Vis Breathable 7-in-1 Contrast Traffic Jacket is a high-visibility jacket for outdoor work in cold, wet and windy conditions. It combines a waterproof, breathable outer shell with a detachable, reversible inner jacket and detachable sleeves. You can build the layers up or strip them back as the weather and the workload change.

Navy contrast panels and a contrast fleece collar protect against dirt in the areas that pick it up most. Reflective tape and piping add to your visibility, and a radio loop, D-ring and ID card holder keep everyday kit close at hand.

Shell: 100% polyester 300D Oxford with a stain-resistant finish, double PU coated, 190g. Outer jacket lining: 100% polyester mesh, 60g. Inner jacket lining: 65% polyester, 35% cotton, 70g. Inner jacket filling: 100% polyester, 160g.

Standards and protection

Certified to EN ISO 20471 Class 3 after 50 washes, EN 343 Class 4:3 X (WP 10,000mm, MVP 10,000g/m²/24hrs) and EN 342 (0.343 (M².K/W), 3, X), and UKCA marked. The Orange/Navy colour also meets RIS-3279-TOM Issue 2.

Seven ways to wear

The outer shell, detachable sleeves and reversible inner jacket can be combined in seven ways. Wear the full set for the coldest, wettest days. Remove the inner jacket when the weather turns milder, or take off the sleeves for more freedom in dry spells. The inner jacket can also be worn alone or reversed.
